How Do I Submit a Support Request?

We want you to have the best experience possible when working with our Support Team and get your issues resolved quickly and efficiently. So, here are some steps to help you help us.

  1. If you experience a bug or an issue, please email support@konnectdigital.io and/or click here to complete our bug request form.  

  2. Provide as much relevant information as you can e.g. does the issue occur with all the users, what device type? 

  3. Do you see the problem just some of the time or all the time? 

  4. When did the issue begin to occur? 

  5. Screenshots can be helpful if you are not familiar with the terminology.

  1. Once the email/form has been submitted, our team will be in touch within 12 hours to confirm the issue or ask for more questions.
  2. Once we have identified the bug or issue, we will provide a timeframe in which our support team will rectify the issue.
